Website Management can mean a lot of things, and is based solely on the level of support you need.
From one-time revision of text, shifting layouts, updating business information or product availability, and revamping images to monthly business updates and creating new pages from scratch, website management keeps your site fresh, accurate, and engaging.
-
Flyers: $65 per side
This price can be adjusted depending on the complexity of your need.
If you already know exactly what you want the flyer to say and have an idea of images you want to include, the design and layout will be fairly simple and the fee will be minimal.
If you need a flyer designed completely from scratch and need help with wording, images, layout, and/or translation, the fee may need to be adjusted.
Brochure, Newsletter, and Multi-Page Report templates:
The rate for these projects is dependent on the scope. For instance, a simple one-sheet newsletter with information on both sides generally costs $60-$90, but a four-page newsletter might cost $90-$120.
Once the overall layout design is completed, it will cost much less to repeat these projects with refreshed content because the same layout design will already be in place.
For this reason, my hourly rate of $40/hour may work best, or a flat rate can be quoted.

We can assist local clients with printings of simple flyers, but are not set up for commercial printing.
We will provide you with print-ready files to send to a printer, and can assist you with finding the best options to have your items printed. We can even order the printed items on your behalf.
-
Digital media, such as newsletters or reports made to be posted or shared online have the same costs as the print media rates listed above.
However, digital media requires shifting the layout in several ways, so if you want to have both digital and print versions created, an additional fee will be determined with you.

Print media and digital media serve different roles for small businesses:
Print—like business cards, flyers, brochures, and newsletters—offers attention-grabbing physical item that potential customers can carry home with them. Printed materials work well for local outreach and events or for sharing information on your business that a person may want to hold on to and revisit.
Digital media—printable PDFs—offers a more cost-effective and easily updateable path, but is a less memorable invitation to learn about and get in touch with your business.
Digital can offer broader reach, is easily shared from one customer to their peers, and is a great cost-effective solution for sharing updates on your business, such as with newsletters.

Communication services is a very broad term, and can include things like building your business’s social media presence, designing a new logo and nailing down your branding guidelines, creating a simple demonstrative video, or helping you polish documents and blogs posts.
Because these services are so broad, and the complexities are so varied, we do not have set rates.
The costs for these services will be determined with you, based on your need and the scope of the projects. It may be best to work with my hourly rate of $40 or a flat rate can be quoted.
